Delivery & Returns

​We aim to have the customers order dispatched within 3 business days. Orders will be sent via trusted postage services (Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS). Other services may be used if deemed necessary. Orders placed on the website will be accompanied by a tracking number once the item has been dispatched. Customers will receive this tracking number through E-Mail. Please use this tracking number on the relevant website to track your order. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and full. If the address is missing or incomplete your order may be delayed. We aim to dispatch the customers order on time, however we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipment. Customers ordering from outside of the UK should be aware of potential customs and import fees. These fees are out of the control of the company and are the responsibility of the customer. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All customers are able to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt. The company must be informed that the customer wishes to return an item within this time, and the company must receive the item within a further 14 days. Orders returned without any notification will be refused. All returned goods should be in their original condition when sold to the customer, and sent via a trusted service and should be trackable. Postage is at the cost of the customer and will not be compensated for by the company. Items can be exchanged at the customers request within 14 days. The item must be received back in its original condition within a further 14 days. The customer is then responsible for both postage costs. (Return of item & dispatch of new item) Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and money will be returned to the account used to make the initial transaction. The return address will be supplied to the customer upon request.
